What is the CECs?
Career Enhancement Competencies (CEC) are groups of courses from a variety of departments in the College of Arts and Sciences which in combination provide knowledge, skills, and background appropriate for certain broadly defined careers.
With the implementation of undergraduate certificates, the College of Arts and Sciences is transitioning our CEC program to be certificates that will be part of your official record. More information will be provided, please stay tuned for updates.
For students already working on a CEC who will be graduating December 2026 or May/August 2027, you can submit your application at any time.
