What is the CECs?
Career Enhancement Competencies (CEC) are groups of courses from a variety of departments in the College of Arts and Sciences which in combination provide knowledge, skills, and background appropriate for certain broadly defined careers.
With the implementaion of undergraduate certificates, the College of Arts and Sciences is transitioning our CEC program to be certificates that will be part of your official record. More information will be provided, please stay tuned for updates.
If you already started working on a CEC and will be graduating December 2026 or May/August 2027, please contact Jamie Rucker for information on how to complete the requirements.
