Teaching Interests & Areas
I have 5 years of experience teaching at the college level working at both ISU and Bradley University. Courses I have taught include: freshman composition, freshman seminars, women's and gender studies, LGBTQIA+ studies, and witch studies.
Research Interests & Areas
My research has focused on YAMs (Young Adult Magical literature). In addition to my graduate thesis titled, "Inheritance and Appropriation: Confronting Privilege In Magical Young Adult Fiction," I have published in both the Grassroots Writing and Research Journal, and Feral Feminisms.
