Biography

Dr. Chen is Professor of Economics and the Undergraduate Program Director in the Economics Department. Professor Chen joined the Department of Economics at Illinois State University in 2008, after completing graduate studies at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of North Dakota.
