CAS-IT staff are tasked to deliver IT services to CAS faculty and Staff. We strive to meet college, department, faculty, and staff needs while balancing technical sustainability and secure best-practices.
Are you new to the College of Arts & Sciences? Would you like a quick overview of CAS-IT and technology in general at ISU? Please see this document: What every CAS faculty and staff member should know about IT.
CAS-IT is no longer keeping equipment like webcams and headsets in stock as such items are readily available through approved ISU vendors. Feel free to reach out to Mike Regilio if you have any thoughts or questions.
The CAS Tech Squad program has officially ended with the Spring 2021 semester however some functions of the former Tech Squad will continue with normal CAS-IT operations. We will no longer offer chat monitoring or test proctoring, but we will continue to offer creative students to proactively brainstorm and test unique solutions for your teaching aspirations.
