CAS-IT staff are tasked to deliver IT services to CAS faculty and Staff. We strive to meet college, department, faculty, and staff needs while balancing technical sustainability and secure best-practices.
Are you new to the College of Arts & Sciences? Would you like a quick overview of CAS-IT and technology in general at ISU? Please see this document: What every CAS faculty and staff member should know about IT.
CAS instructors can use the Equipment Request form to request the extra peripherals needed to teach online or hybrid courses scheduled while supplies last. Requests will be fulfilled on a first come first served basis. Request items for yourself only, and not on the behalf of others.
Feel free to reach out to Mike Regilio if you have any thoughts or questions.
The CAS Tech Squad program has officially ended with the Spring 2021 semester however some functions of the former Tech Squad will continue with normal CAS-IT operations. We will no longer offer chat monitoring or test proctoring, but we will continue to offer creative students to proactively brainstorm and test unique solutions for your teaching aspirations. Let us know how you'd like help by submitting an ITHelp request. Please give at least two weeks of lead time, more if the challenge is complicated.
Please use ITHelp.IllinoisState.edu to report issues with technology, make IT requests, find IT knowledge articles (tutorials), and to check the status of your reported issues or requests. Alternatively, you may call 438-HELP to report issues or make IT requests.
