NORMAL, Ill. – At approximately 3 a.m. today, Normal Police, along with SAMI secuirty, were called to the Flats apartment building for a  noise complaint. Upon arriving at the scene, officials determined multiple individuals were consuming alcohol under the legal age.

According to Darren Rogers, owner of SAMI apartments, one individual attempted to avoid a drinking ticket by hiding out of the window on the fourth floor. The individual then fell from the window and was taken to the OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

All of the students at the party were Illinois State University students.
