At the beginning of the Fall semester, we were happy to welcome a large number of (seven!) incoming German majors – see picture. Our German events this semester (Kaffeestunde, Stammtisch and bi-weekly film nights, see our the German page on the LAN website for more information) got off to a good start. Recently we were interviewed by a reporter for an article in the Daily Vidette features section who had heard about us and was curious to find out more about our Thursday night Stammtisch at Mediciwhere a group of German professors, students and people from the community get together regularly to chat and discuss events in Germany and Europe. Everyone interested in things German is welcome to join us!
