Pete Smudde
Illinois State’s Public Relations Student Society of America’s (PRSSA) members nominated Dr. Pete Smudde for and he was presented with the 2012 Registered Student Organization Advisor of the Year award.
Illinois State’s President Al Bowman and the Vice President of Student Affairs Dr. Larry Dietz presented this award during a ceremony recognizing excellence among individual students and student organizations on Sunday, April 15th. This award was developed to annually honor those advisors who contribute their time, energy and dedication to registered student organizations at Illinois State University. This award recognizes the support and knowledge of advisors, and without, the advancements of the student organizations would not be possible.
