The Mathematics Department is proud to announce The John A. and Anne E. Dossey Scholarship for Biomathematics. This scholarship is established to support outstanding graduate students enrolled in the Biomathematics Graduate Sequence. The Mathematics Department has seen growing interest in this Masters Program which was developed as a Program of Excellence in the College of Arts and Sciences.
The Dossey Scholarship will help continue to attract excellent graduate students to Illinois State University’s Biomathematics Program. This scholarship also recognizes the generous financial support of John A. and Anne E. Dossey, without whom this scholarship would not be possible. “We are very grateful for the many ways in which John and Anne Dossey have supported the Department of Mathematics at Illinois State University,” said Department Chair Dr. George Seelinger. “They have been great friends of the Department and I am happy we are able to thank them through the naming of this scholarship.”
