I received my PhD at the University of Michigan.

Teaching Interests & Areas

Spanish Peninsular literature and culture, particularly of the 20th century.

Research Interests & Areas

The novel of the 1990s, the coming-of-age narrative, and the modernist and avant-garde period in Spain before the civil war.
